John and Lauren; A Lake House Wedding at Owl's Nest Resort

John and Lauren are married! I am so happy for these two, they had such a gorgeous day and an amazing crew surrounding them! It was my first time shooting at the new Lake House at Owl’s Nest and it was stunning, I can’t wait to go back! We had hot and humid temperatures and full sun all day but we were saved by a slight breeze up in the mountains. Although temps were in the 90’s John and Lauren were all smiles, humidity and all! There were so many moments I loved from the day, including John and Lauren’s sweet first look, the fact that John knew where to place us so we didn’t get nailed with a golf ball, and the views… alllll the views! They had sweet speeches from family and the mother/son dance was an absolute blast! You could see how happy John and Lauren were just to be together, their joy was contagious!
